Aviocom BV has a simple product return policy for all products purchased through our website with some exceptions as mentioned below.

Our Customer Service Department will help you with all product issues. Please inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt and notify us within 3 days of receiving the goods of any damage or discrepancies. Should an item be shipped to you incorrectly, as the result of an error on our part, we will take appropriate actions to correct the problem.

Prior to returning any items, please contact our Customer Service Department to obtain a Return Authorization and Shipping Instructions (RASI). A return authorization will also ensure the safe and proper handling of the material. Items returned without a RASI cannot be accepted. Shipment of authorized returns should be made within 30 days after you receive our RASI.

We will do our utmost to fulfill requests to product returns. However, in order to maintain the quality of our products and to fulfill the aerospace requirements, certain items may not be returned. These items include: refrigerated and frozen products; expired chemicals since these should be treated as waste; and products missing GHS compliant product labels.
A returned product must be in the same condition as you received it in. Please note; the product falls under your responsibility until it is received and accepted by us. Please ensure the returned product is securely packed and properly sealed with high-quality packaging tape to avoid damage in transit.
